What does the scheme offer?

The Mijn Cyberweerbare Zaak scheme gives small businesses an opportunity to strengthen their basic digital resilience. Cyber awareness training is one of the eligible measures.

Why focus on the human factor?

A secure technical foundation is essential, but employees encounter phishing, social engineering, personal data and new AI applications every day. Training helps people recognise risks. To improve in a targeted way, you also need to know which situations, teams and work processes create the greatest risks.

How does AIAI-HRM fit in?

With the Human Risk Baseline, AIAI-HRM first uses what is already known and only adds measurement where needed. This creates an evidence-based view of priority risks, target behaviours and groups, captured in a Human Risk Scorecard and a practical 90-day improvement plan.

Managed Human Risk then turns those insights into a continuous improvement cycle: track risks, deploy targeted interventions, measure impact, adjust and provide management with useful reporting and executive reviews.
